Two roll fine coating machine
Overview
1. The fine coating machine is used to precisely coat the front surface of the passing steel plate. It can be coated by sequential coating, reverse coating, or full reverse coating.
2. There is a complete front coating head and driving device.
3. The front coater head is installed on the slide, driven by a hydraulic cylinder or air cylinder. When the steel plate connection part passes, the coater head can be retracted to separate the coating roller from the steel plate and avoid the coating roller being damaged by the connection part.
4. The head of the coating machine is equipped with a paint pan, which can be adjusted up and down, and is equipped with a paint circulation system.
5. The pick-up roller and coating roller are driven separately by AC motors, connected by universal couplings, and all motors are located outside the coating room.
6. Control the thickness of the steel plate coating by controlling the speed and direction of each roller, as well as adjusting the bite position/pressure between the steel plate and the coating roller and the lifting roller. Adjust the distance and pressure between the rollers through the screw system and the slide on the side of the coater.
