Overview:
Tension roller device is a kind of equipment used to realize tension adjustment on continuous strip production line. The principle is: the strip steel wrap is wound on the tension roller, and friction force is generated at the wrap contact point, so that the outlet tension and the inlet tension change according to a certain rule, thereby changing the tension value and realizing the tension control of the unit.
The tension roller set converts the torque applied by the drive device into the strip tension through the friction between the roller surface and the strip. The number and arrangement of the tension rollers depend on the maximum stretching force required by the strip and the site conditions. .
Tension roller:
Diameter: 400-1200mm
Pressure roller: optional 1-4 pressure roller, diameter 200-350; air cylinder or hydraulic cylinder
Matching power: servo or special AC variable frequency motor
