Four roller fine coating machine
Overview
1. Reverse coating method for high-precision coating on the front of the steel plate.
2. Machine head and corresponding driving device.
3. The machine head is installed on a linear guide rail and driven by an air cylinder or hydraulic cylinder, which can separate the coating roller from the steel plate when the steel plate is connected to avoid scratches.
4. The paint tray can be raised and lowered and has a paint recirculation system.
5. Each lifting roller, coating roller, fixed mold roller, and transfer roller are driven by a separate AC motor, and the driving connection is a universal joint. All motors are arranged outside the coating room.
6. Control the coating thickness by changing the rotation speed of each roller and the distance between the fixed mold roller and the transfer roller.
7. The fixed mold roll is equipped with a doctor blade.
