Product Introduction
The function of loading coil car is to transfer and lift the coil, and load coil to the reel of uncoiler. The coil car is composed of car body,driving device, lifting device of bracket, lifting hydraulic cylinder. The car body is steel plate welded frame, the wheels and trolley driving device is fixed on the pedestal. The car drives the coil on the car to move. The traveling mechanism of the car is driven by hydraulicl motor through gear, a pair of wheels are connected on the same shaft by a kev as active wheels, and the other pair of wheels are driven,wheels, which are connected on the body through shaft and bearing. When loading coil, the coil is placed on the bracket, and thel hydraulic cylinder drives the bracket and coil to rise. When the center of coil is aligned with the center of reel, the car moves to loading coil.
