This production line is an automated color-coating line for strip steel, featuring degreasing, rinsing, chemical treatment, and two-coat–two-bake or multi-coat–multi-bake processes. It can also be equipped with additional functions such as printing and thermal lamination. Optional specifications include a production speed of 30–240 m/min, an annual output capacity of 50,000–300,000 tonnes, strip widths of 700–1,850 mm, and strip thicknesses of 0.10–3.0 mm. Product quality meets or exceeds the national standard GB/T 12754-2006.
