VCM laminated panels (Polyvinyl-Coated Metal Steel) are metal substrates coated with a PVC film that is firmly bonded to the surface; they are also referred to as PVC-laminated panels or PET/PVC-coated colored steel sheets. The base materials can include cold-rolled steel sheets, hot-dip galvanized steel sheets, electrogalvanized steel sheets, aluminum sheets, stainless steel sheets, titanium-zinc sheets, and other thin metal sheets. VCM panels boast an attractive appearance, excellent processability, superior surface decoration, outstanding corrosion resistance, and high scratch resistance, allowing for a wide range of gloss levels from low to high, complemented by exquisite patterns and pearlescent shimmer effects. In addition, the surface film of these laminated panels can be specially treated for printability and other advanced processing techniques, enabling the reproduction of a diverse array of colors, tactile textures, and other visual effects. Currently, VCM panels are widely used in household appliances such as refrigerators and washing machines.
