This production line is a cold-rolled strip annealing and galvanizing line, equipped with functions such as annealing and reduction, galvanizing, skin-pass rolling, and tension leveling. Its designed annual capacity is 100,000 to 300,000 tonnes, processing raw materials including cold-rolled hard-state SPCC general-purpose sheet coils and SPCD stamping sheet coils, with dimensions ranging from 800 to 1,850 mm in width and 0.11 to 4.0 mm in thickness. The design process speed of the line is up to 300 m/min. Within the process sections of the line, the primary operations carried out are annealing and reduction, galvanizing, tension leveling, and passivation. Product quality complies with the GB 2518–2004 standard.
